The conga dance originated in Cuba in the 1920s and became very popular in the US because of the Hollywood Latin musicals of the 1930s and 1940s.
Known mostly as a line dance, Andrew rediscovered old film fan magazine articles from the 1930s on the partner style and offers the only classes in this rare but easy to learn dance.
